I'm Sheri, a Mind-Body Wellness Educator, Coach & Yoga Teacher.

I specialize in empowering women to define what thriving looks like for them and take the steps to bring that vision to life, even in the midst of difficult life circumstances.

My business, PenPedalPose, is named after the tools that have been a lifeline to me throughout several very difficult years—shared story, inspired movement and yoga.

I've learned that the time to start taking proactive steps toward our vision of thriving is now, because we risk missing out on life if we wait until "things calm down."

I use my signature T.H.R.I.V.E. framework—my very best, time-tested tools—to help you envision a compelling present and future and take steps to create it now. As Elizabeth Gilbert says, "You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestation of your own blessings."
